Free Plan
Telemify Studio offers a free plan that allows users to evaluate the platform before purchasing any paid subscription.
Refund Eligibility
If you purchase a paid plan and are not satisfied with the service, you may request a refund within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued in cases where:
- The refund request is made after 7 days
- The service has been significantly used
- There is evidence of abuse or misuse of the platform
